Clock Tower a la Castlevania... medusa heads not included!

Early work in progress of Something that looks like the clock tower from Castlevania series. The Clock Tower levels were always a fun part of Castlevania games, especially the medusa heads, the dangerous gears, pits, harpies. It's all fun! But definitely, the best part is when you complete it and you are ready to kick Dracula's ass!

A little background story

Castlevania, a franchise that I ignored for such a long time... the Angry Video Game Nerd was talking about it all the time. I watched his four parter Castlevania review, and I heard about it from friends and from many other sources. It was everywhere, yet, it didn't mean a thing for me...

Super Castlevania IV - méltó a címéhez? Megérdemli a "super" jelzőt?

Simon Belmont első kalandja 1986-ban jelent meg 悪魔城ドラキュラ (Akumajō Dorakyura) néven a japán Famicom konzolra. Kevesebb, mint egy év múlva Amerikában is kiadták a játékot a már jól ismert Castlevania címmel. Nintendo Entertainment Systemre (NES) további két Castlevania játék jelent meg, majd eljött az idő a váltásra. Japánban 1990-ben, Amerikában 1991-ben megjelent az NES utódja, a Super NES, mely hatalmas előrelépés volt az elődhöz képest. Még ebben az évben kiadásra került a Super Castlevania IV (Akumajō Dorakyura címmel Japánban). Vajon a játék méltó a nevéhez? Méltó ahhoz, hogy a "super" szó szerepeljen a nevében?
