A good old Megaman X engine Game Maker project. I don't work on it anymore, it is obsolate, and I give it for free! You can get it from the link below the video, edit it as you want, but please mention my and Fox-NL's name if you use it! (Fox-NL made the basic platform engine called FoxEngine 2.3b) The video's background music is messed up a little bit. They're from Megaman X 4 anyway, and they are not included in the engine!
The engine is not complete, it doesn't contain different weapons, bosses, capsules. Sorry, I'm not sure if it uses Pro features of GM 7.
